Art Classes for Intermediate Level Students Our specialized program is designed to nurture and develop your child's artistic abilities. These classes are perfect for children who love to paint and draw and are eager to enhance their skills, knowledge, and creative thinking under the guidance of a professional artist. Class Details: Focus: Introduction to principles and processes of making art in an encouraging, interactive setting. Term Dates: July 26th - 20th September, 2025 Term 3 includes a SALA exhibition/ Come N try Art day on August 2nd, 2025 (week 2) All students are encouraged to attend and participate in the student art exhibition which will be an exciting opportunity to showcase their artwork for public view. Date: 2/8/25 Time: 11am -2pm Venue: Cowandilla Community Centre, Hilton SA Class Size: Limited to ensure personalized attention. Additional Information: Term fees include an art pack for each new student. Before enrolling your child in a term class, it is strongly advised that you connect with Leah to schedule a Meet & Greet. This provides an opportunity to visit the studio, meet Leah in person, and allow your child to become comfortable with both the teaching artist and the space. Additionally, it helps Leah assess your child's skill level and artistic interests. For those who wish to experience a session before committing to the full term, a trial class is available. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Kids' Art Classes 1. Registration: All students must be registered prior to attending classes. Registration can be completed online or in-person at the studio. A completed application form is required to secure a spot in the class. 2. Payment: Full payment for the term is due at the time of registration/booking unless arrangements have been made with management to pay in person on the first day of term. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. 1.7% surcharge applies to credit card and eftpos payments. There is an extra entry fee for external Art show/ exhibition participation in level 3. 3.Cancellation: If a booked service is cancelled, it is considered a forfeiture of payment, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Cancellations for term art classes made more than 7 days before the start of the term may be refunded at the discretion of LL Creative Studios. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of the term may at the discretion of LL Creative Studios receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given once the term has started. 4. Missed Classes: Private -one on one sessions: If a student misses a class, a make-up session may be arranged, subject to availability. Make-up sessions must be scheduled within the same term. Group sessions: If a student misses a class, sessions cannot be made up or refunded. 5. Class Size: Classes are capped at a maximum of 10 students in level 1 and level 2 to ensure individual attention. Level 3 classes are capped to 5 students to allow for one-on-one attention. 6. Materials: All necessary materials are provided by the studio. Students are welcome to bring their own materials if they prefer. If students would like the option of learning oil painting, they are required to purchase an oil painting kit provided by LL Creative Studios (POA) 7. Behaviour: Respectful behaviour is expected from all students. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund. 8. Health and Safety: Parents/guardians must inform the studio of any allergies or medical conditions. In case of emergency, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. 9. Photography and Media: Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians must inform the studio at the time of registration if they do not wish their child to be photographed. 10.
